  • I have updated my Cancellation & Reschedule Policy to include fees for cancelling/rescheduling within 12 hours of appointment start time

POLICY

  • YOU MAY CANCEL/RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT UP TO 12 HOURS BEFORE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME.  PLEASE TEXT ME IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE. 

  • TO RESCHEDULE, SIMPLY LOG IN TO YOUR PROFILE AT THE TOP RIGHT CORNER OF THIS PAGE, THEN SELECT 'MY BOOKINGS' FROM DROP DOWN MENU (PLEASE TEXT ME IF THAT DOESN'T WORK) 

  • CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULES BETWEEN 12 HOURS - 1 HOUR OF APPOINTENT TIME WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF SERVICE PRICE

  • CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULES WITHIN 1 HOUR OF APPOINTMENT TIME, AND NO-CALL, NO-SHOWS, WILL BE CHARGED 100% SERVICE PRICE
