Cancellation Policy

*I require 8 hours notice of cancelled or rescheduled appointment for refund of deposit. Directions for cancelling/rescheduling under Cancel & Reschedule policy on conordrakelavelle.com. *A cancellation or reschedule within 8 hours of scheduled appointment time will result in a forfeiture of your deposit. *No call, no shows result in forfeiture of deposit and I require the remaining balance of the appointment to be paid before re-booking.
